Located minutes from central Scottsdale, our upscale, beautiful building and the surrounding grounds have views of the gorgeous McDowell Mountains and peaceful desert terrain.

Top of the Line Accommodations and Care

There are many reasons why Fountain View Village in Fountain Hills, Arizona is ranked one of the top ten retirement communities in the state. Whatever your care needs may be, we have the best and most comfortable accommodations.

There are 90 independent living apartments starting at $3400 a month with many a la carte choices. Included in that are 2 meals a day, a full kitchen and in-unit washer/dryer. Also included are housekeeping and linen change every other week.

We have 68 assisted living apartments starting at $4600 per month. That includes personal laundry, linen change, trash pick up, a kitchenette with a full sized refrigerator and microwave. Our Assisted living units include life alert pagers and our Quiet Care Security, which is a sensor-based system that helps staff to monitor the well-being of our Assisted Living residents.

There are 28 memory assist apartments, 16 memory care suites, and 48 skilled nursing and rehab beds.

We have 24 hours a day skilled nursing available for our higher needs residents. We are 5 star rated by Medicare, so you know you are getting the best possible attention and care.

There is So Much to Do!

  • Our pub is a popular gathering place, especially on Wednesdays when we have our 2 free drink happy hour and live music and dancing. Open every day, our pub features a pool table, TV, jukebox, and a player piano. It’s where everyone goes to have fun.

  • The Fountain View Village movie theater has 32 plush, comfortable seats. We screen classics and new releases every day at one pm.

  • The bistro includes outdoor dining for enjoying the beautiful desert climate.

  • Staying active and flexible is not hard to do with all of the features in our full fitness center. Our Jacuzzi offers relaxation, and our pool is a great place to cool off, swim laps or take a water aerobics class.

  • Our Brain Health University, a continuing education and information program, brings learning and intellectual stimulation to Fountain View. There are classes on a wide range of topics, and we encourage discussion, conversation and debate.

  • We are fortunate to have local choirs and performance groups come to our community to entertain and delight us.

  • A local optometrist comes each month to clean and repair eyeglasses.
