Assisted Living Care in a Luxury Setting

Moving to an assisted living home doesn’t mean lowering your living standards. If you find this hard to believe, we invite you to visit Sunrise Care Home in Paradise Valley, Arizona.
Here, you will find a truly luxurious home in one of Arizona’s most beautiful settings. With a Camelback Mountain backdrop, this Paradise Valley assistive living home is set on a one-acre lot that includes a tennis court, pool, and elevator.

Spacious Private Rooms and Inviting Group Setting

Why not have it all?

Sunrise Care Home in Paradise Valley is a large—4000-square-foot—residence licensed to care for up to ten residents. The house is designed to provider larger private rooms than you’ll see in most other assisted living homes.

  • You decide if you want to share a room or prefer single occupancy. Single rooms are available with private and shared bathrooms. All bathrooms are accessible and allow for wheel-in showering.

  • Bring your own furniture! Our rooms have space for desks, bureaus, bookcases, whatever you need to happily settle in to your new home. We can provide electronically controlled beds if you need this now or later. All beds are equipped with call systems.

  • Residential parking is available for those who continue to drive. You can still use our own transportation to medical and other appointments.

  • Our onsite tennis court and pool are perfect for those who enjoy and can safely participate in physical activities. It also provides a lovely setting for outdoor meals and parties during cooler weather.
The pool is also available for use with prescribed physical therapy.

  • Enjoy an abundance of natural light! We take advantage of the most abundant sunshine in the nation. Floor to ceiling windows and skylights bathe our house nearly every day of the year.

Professional and Friendly Caregiving Staff

Sunrise Care Home staff are exceptional people who will tell you they are called to the caregiving profession.

  • All staff are trained and certified by schools approved by the Arizona Department of Health Services. They are also qualified to provide first aid and CPR.

  • Each caregiver comes to us with at least one year of professional experience behind him or her and appropriate references.

  • Each caregiver has been screened for security purposes and TB.

  • Our staff provide activities of daily living (ADLs) like bathing, shaving, dressing, and toileting as outlined in the personalized service plan created for each resident.

Caregivers also ensure bedrooms and common rooms are kept in pristine conditions. They also make sure safety rules and regulations are followed for everything from medication management to providing healthy and appetizing meals and snacks. Caregivers closely follow physician instructions and treatment regimens. They report to managers who visit our homes every day to check in on residents and staff alike.

    • Managers are licensed and certified in accordance with Arizona regulations and bring long-term experience in assisted living.

    • They coordinate care with partners including MDs, podiatrists, nurses, psychiatrists, and physical therapists.

    • They also arrange onsite hairstyling, barbering, and manicure/pedicure services.

    • Most of all, our caregivers are the friendly faces our residents rely on every day. They are instrumental in promoting healthy living, including participation in various activities we hold onsite. We can also arrange for caregivers to accompany residents on day trips for an additional charge.

Specialized Assisted Living Care as Directed

We deliver caregiving services that meet individual needs as prescribed by physicians and registered nurses, including:

      • 24-hour supervision

      • Directed care for residents with dementia or other cognitive or physical disabilities

      • Prescribed in-home nursing, rehabilitation, physical therapy, and occupational therapy

      • Hospice care

      • We also provide services requested by residents capable of making their own care decisions.
